About the CEO - Jerald E. Baker
Jerald E. Baker was born and raised in Terre Haute, IN. After graduating from Terre Haute South Vigo High School, he attended Indiana State University, then moved to Indianapolis. In 1996, Jerald started his professional sales career at European Tanning Systems, Inc. (ETS). ETS manufactures Wolff Tanning Beds, and Austrailian Gold Tanning lotion.In 1998 Jerald moved to the Los Angeles area, and shortly after began a career in the Technical Recruiting industry; This was at the end of the "dot.com" boom. Then shortly after, the tragedy of 9/11 sealed the fate of the technology industry. Jerald used this time to not only sharpen his recruiting skills, but to also move up the corporate ladder. In July 2002, Jerald was promoted to Manager of Baytech Solutions. In that position Jerald won several company awards for personal and team production, and constant improvement. He also trained and mentored several successful Technical Recruiters. In late 2009, Jerald founded the JEB Group.
Today the JEB Group boasts two large firms that recruit top-of-class talent for top ranking companies. His company now boasts thousands of successful matches; grouping talented minds with elite technology companies.
